Mark Yenchik

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mark Yenchik is a senior executive, entrepreneur, and technology leader with more than four decades of experience delivering complex data center, communications, and mission-critical infrastructure programs for commercial and government organizations worldwide. At ESC, Mark leads the company's strategy and execution, bringing together technical, financial, development, and construction expertise to accelerate the delivery of secure, scalable data center and energy infrastructure.

Throughout his career, Mark has led major data center initiatives for Fortune 500 and government clients and pioneered advanced satellite and communications technologies for the U.S. Department of Defense and allied nations. His work includes groundbreaking communications systems for submarines, military aircraft, unmanned systems, and global satellite networks. He has also managed complex international programs involving multinational engineering, manufacturing, supply chains, and deployment. Mark brings this combination of technical innovation, operational leadership, and global program execution to ESC's mission of developing next-generation critical infrastructure.

Samuel Banks

Chief Investment Officer (CIO)

Samuel Banks is a data center and energy infrastructure executive with more than 25 years of experience spanning hyperscale development, power generation, site origination, and integrated digital infrastructure. He has originated and structured more than 600 data center sites globally, with an emphasis on aligning land, power, fiber, technology, and capital into execution-ready development opportunities.

As Chief Investment Officer at ESC, Samuel leads capital strategy, site origination, and the deployment of institutional investment into energy-secure data center infrastructure. His approach combines on-site generation, EPC delivery, modular data center design, digital infrastructure technologies, and disciplined capital structuring to accelerate deployment and reduce execution risk. His background includes leadership experience with Intel, Microsoft, and Dell, as well as co-founding ReachTV, a global broadcast network built around highly available, mission-critical infrastructure.

Andrew Yenchik

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Andrew Yenchik is Chief Operating Officer of Energy Services Consulting, where he applies decades of technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise leadership experience to the development and operation of ESC's energy and data center platforms.

Prior to ESC, Andrew served as Chief Technology Officer at Celtic Bank, where he led large-scale modernization efforts across software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and analytics, core banking systems, and digital platforms. His previous leadership roles include VP of Engineering and Information Security Officer at Hagerty, where he helped lead the organization through its transition to a public company, and Managing Director at Charles Schwab, where he held senior architecture, systems integration, brokerage, trading, and communications technology responsibilities. Earlier in his career, Andrew worked directly with data center infrastructure, managed services, networking, and cloud architecture. At ESC, he combines this experience with advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to improve project execution, data center delivery, and long-term operations.

Aretha Butler

Head of Land Acquisitions

Aretha Butler is a business strategist, real estate and infrastructure development executive with more than two decades of experience in business development, asset management, capital formation, strategic partnerships, and complex development projects. At ESC, she leads land acquisition activities supporting large-scale data center and digital infrastructure development.

Aretha's work focuses on identifying and positioning strategic properties for development, including site identification and acquisition, landowner engagement and negotiations, site control, entitlement strategy, municipal and community coordination, legal and pre-development due diligence, power planning, and lease readiness. She works across landowners, municipalities, attorneys, engineers, developers, power partners, and other stakeholders to move sites through the critical early stages of development. Her experience includes both modular data center opportunities and hyperscale projects in the 150 to 200+ MW range. Aretha's relationship-driven approach helps align property owners, communities, development teams, and decision-makers around viable, investment-ready infrastructure opportunities.

David Jackson

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

David Jackson is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and recognized innovator in data center automation, cloud computing, and critical infrastructure. With more than 140 patents, David has pioneered technologies enabling data center self-awareness, self-healing, forecasting, optimization, workload management, and automated operations.

As founder, CEO, and CTO of Adaptive Computing, David developed technology used by organizations including the U.S. Department of Energy, Department of Defense, National Nuclear Security Administration, major defense contractors, Fortune 100 companies, and some of the world's largest computing environments. His more recent work has focused on critical power infrastructure, integrating multiple generation sources, energy storage, demand management, advanced modeling, and AI-driven controls into resilient off-grid and mixed-grid platforms. At ESC, David applies this expertise to the intelligent design, optimization, and life-cycle operation of highly resilient energy and data center infrastructure.

Keith Authelet

Chief Development & Construction Officer (CDCO)

Keith Authelet leads the design, planning, construction, and handover of ESC's power and data center projects. He is also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Virtual Building Logistics (VBL), an established owner-side construction management and technology firm specializing in complex, mission-critical infrastructure.

Keith's experience spans data centers, power facilities, healthcare, government, and major international developments. VBL's portfolio includes more than 60 hyperscale data centers for major operators, U.S. Embassies, airports, medical facilities, and internationally recognized projects including the new Yankee Stadium, City of Dreams in Macau, and the Burj Al Arab. Prior to founding VBL, Keith served as Chief Information Officer at Gilbane Building Company, where his work helped transform the integration of technology, construction data, and design across major capital programs. His background also includes senior global leadership at Lotus Development and IBM. Keith brings deep expertise in Building Information Modeling, construction technology, program execution, and global infrastructure delivery to ESC.

Benjamin Stoddard

Vice President of Data Center and Power System Development

Benjamin Stoddard is an engineering and program management leader with extensive experience delivering complex, multidisciplinary technology and infrastructure programs. At ESC, Ben leads cross-functional development efforts spanning data center architecture, power systems, technology integration, and scalable infrastructure deployment.

Before joining ESC, Ben spent approximately 15 years in the defense and aerospace industry, progressing from mechanical engineering into systems engineering, project engineering, and program leadership. His work supported the U.S. Department of Defense, government agencies, NATO, and allied nations, developing a strong foundation in systems integration, technical requirements, risk management, and complex program execution.

Ben specializes in translating detailed engineering challenges into executable strategies for technical teams and executive stakeholders. At ESC, he applies that systems-oriented approach to data center development, owner-side design governance, power system integration, modular infrastructure, and repeatable deployment models designed to improve scalability, resiliency, and speed to market.
